About the Service
This service is a small, well-established supported living service providing person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge. The service focuses on promoting independence, enhancing life skills, and supporting residents to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, supportive environment.
Role Overview
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, operational management, and quality of care at Enright Lodge. You will lead and support a dedicated team of care staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain a service culture focused on positive, person-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, motivate, and support the staff team through supervision, training, and professional development
- Manage care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and incident reporting
- Ensure CQC and internal quality standards are met and maintained
- Liaise with external professionals, commissioners, and families to support resident outcomes
- Maintain budgets, occupancy, and resource management within operational guidelines
Candidate Specification
- Experience working with learning disabilities or adults with complex needs
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in care
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and person-centred approaches
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
