We are recruiting an experienced Children’s Registered Home Manager to lead a residential children’s service supporting young people who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, and are displaying Harmful Sexual Behaviours (HSB). This is a senior leadership opportunity for a motivated, child-focused professional ready to deliver high-quality care, strong outcomes, and regulatory excellence.

The Role
You will have full operational responsibility for the children’s home, including:
- Leading and managing the staff team
- Ensuring safeguarding, care planning, and risk management are robust and effective
- Driving high standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people
- Working closely with education providers and multidisciplinary professionals
- Managing performance, KPIs, and regulatory compliance
- Preparing for and responding to Ofsted inspections
- Contributing to service development and continuous improvement
Working Pattern
40 hours per week, based on a fixed rota
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
- Are an existing Registered Manager, or
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in children’s residential care and are ready to step up
- Have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Are committed to trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
- Are passionate about delivering the best possible outcomes for children
