Belmont Recruitment are seeking Recovery Coordinators for a 3-month contract in Lewisham, working in a GP Shared Care Service with Primary Care Recovery settings. You will manage adult service users on OST and alcohol recovery pathways, delivering person-centred care and contributing to recovery plans.
Hours are full-time, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £20–£23. This position offers DBS/training support and ongoing consultancy from Belmont.
