The predicted salary is between 14.4 - 17.6 Β£ per hour.

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for a 16-week Temp-to-Perm opportunity with our client in Preston, Lancashire.

The role involves supporting adults aged 18–58 across supported living services.

Our client currently supports 31 individuals across 15 services throughout Preston and the surrounding Lancashire area.

The focus is on promoting independence, choice and helping the people supported to enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

The individuals supported enjoy a wide range of activities, including football, swimming, dancing, discos, gardening, walking and holidays both in the UK and abroad.

They are generally active and independent, with only 4 of the 31 individuals currently requiring personal care.

There is no CPI requirement for this role.

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a full-time basis, with the option of day or night shifts.

Day shifts are 8am–8pm and night shifts are 8pm–8am.

There are no sleep-in shifts.

Flexibility is required as you may be asked to work across different services depending on the needs of the individuals.

What we're looking for Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD and/or physical disabilities is essential.

You must be able to commit to 37.5 hours per week and already have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position.

A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

An interview will be required before starting the role.
