The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Tower Hamlets Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate £250 per day which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Pay & Reward Officer this role will be: E1 1BJ, Hybrid 2/3 days Office Based.

The right candidate will

  • Support the delivery of the Council’s pay, reward and job evaluation processes working under the direction of the Pay and Reward Specialist.
  • Undertake job evaluation assessments and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and HR colleagues on pay and grading matters.
  • Assist with organisational change and restructuring activity through job evaluation and grading support.
  • Support the preparation of reports, papers and recommendations relating to pay and reward matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Support the administration and coordination of job evaluation panels and appeals.
  • Analyse pay and workforce data to identify trends, risks and areas for review.

We require the following

  • Experience working in a pay, reward, job evaluation or HR environment.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation principles and pay structures.
  • Experience supporting pay and grading reviews.
