Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Cambridge University Hospital, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience. We are looking for a Pathway Tracker for this role based in Cambridge University Hospital CB2 0QQ – Hybrid.
The right candidate will:
- Daily review of the PTL at specialty level in collaboration with the administrative team.
- Communicate and escalate actions to operational management and clinical teams, ensuring accurate PTL information.
- Engage effectively with patients to support scheduling.
- Maintain clear arrangements for PTL management, including agendas, terms of reference, and action trackers.
We require the following:
- Previous NHS experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
