Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Palliative Support Worker to join Stockport Council’s Home Service. This is initially a 3 month temporary contract working on a shift basis. The Role: REaCH are looking to recruit additional home support workers to work within its End of Life services to meet the increasing demands for end of life and palliative care. Successful candidates will work in partnership with our existing team to deliver person centred care, emotional support to family and uphold the core values of both REaCH and Stockport Councils Adult Social Care services to ensure our service users final wishes to remain at home are met. * Are you caring and a good communicator? * Are you able to listen and talk to our clients? * Do you have a desire to support and help people in the community?
