Opiate Recovery Coordinator

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Opiate Recovery Coordinator to join a dedicated team providing vital support to those on their recovery journey.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs an Opiate Recovery Coordinator, you’ll work closely with service users to develop and deliver personalised recovery plans. You'll provide one-to-one keyworking support, complete comprehensive assessments, and coordinate access to appropriate treatments and interventions – including substitute prescribing, psychosocial interventions, and harm reduction services.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage a caseload of service users with opiate misuse issues\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out comprehensive assessments and risk management plans\\n\\n * \\n\\n Develop and review individual recovery care plans\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide regular keyworking sessions and liaise with prescribers and clinical teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support service users in accessing detox, rehab, and wider support services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain accurate case notes and ensure compliance with service standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work in partnership with external agencies, including housing, mental health and criminal justice services\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working in drug and alcohol services, specifically with opiate users\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of substance misuse, safeguarding, and recovery models\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication, motivational interviewing, and record-keeping skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines\\n\\n * \\n\\n [Desirable] Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Substance Misuse, or equivalent\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n £20.00 per hour\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive team environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing training and development opportunities\\n\\nJoin a forward-thinking organisation that’s committed to improving lives and empowering individuals on their path to recovery.\\n\\nApply now to make a meaningful impact and be part of a compassionate, skilled team
