We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a well-established boys' EBD service in Halifax. This is a settled, stable home with a full staff team in place and a Good Ofsted rating — a genuine opportunity to lead from a position of strength.
The Role:
- 5-bed EBD service operating as a 4-bed, currently at full occupancy
- Boys only service (male or female RM considered)
- Ages 11+
- Good Ofsted rating
- Full staffing complement in place
The Package:
- Base salary: £57,000
- £5,000 bonus upon achieving Registration
- £6,000 bonus (details provided at interview)
- £10,000 bonus upon successful Ofsted inspection
- OTE up to £78,000
What We're Looking For:
- Current or recent Registered Manager experience within children's residential
- Strong EBD background and working knowledge of Ofsted requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Confident in Reg 44/45 processes and regulatory compliance
