Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Head of Kitchen to join a primary school on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook meals for pupils and staff
- Manage kitchen operations and supervise catering staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience in a supervisory catering role essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
