The predicted salary is between 14.4 - 17.6 Β£ per hour.

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Head of Kitchen to join a primary school on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals for pupils and staff
  • Manage kitchen operations and supervise catering staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Essential Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Previous experience in a supervisory catering role essential
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
