Duties:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to reinforce learning concepts and build student confidence.
- Implement creative writing exercises and other engaging activities to stimulate student creativity and communication skills.
- Monitor student behavior, provide encouragement, and promote social interaction among peers.
- Collaborate with educators and specialists to develop personalized learning plans for students requiring additional support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior incidents, and activity participation.
