Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Merton Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experienc We are looking for a Lead Contract Management Officer this role will be based at: SM4 5DX Hybrid The right candidate will We are looking for an interim Contracts Management and Quality Assurance Officer to join our Contracts & Market Management Team in Adult Social Care. * Ensure the delivery of quality social care services by contract compliance and monitoring of all services commissioned and purchased by Adult Social Care. * To oversee, monitor and review the operation of ASC related support contracts, SLAs and grants delivered by external providers, to promote service user independence. * To develop and maintain a programme of reviews to ensure that providers and service delivery meets or exceeds target performance indicators. * To work with providers, and stakeholders to ensure contracts deliver high quality, innovative support services to meet the needs of target ASC service user groups within Merton. * To ensure effective systems are developed and maintained to measure provider performance, service value for money, and delivery of service user outcomes. We require the following: * Experience of designing and implementing monitoring inspection programmes to monitor the compliance of providers. * Advanced knowledge and experience of KPI management and management and monitoring of ASC contracts, SLAs and service quality. * Working with a range of stakeholder groups to deliver strategic objectives.
