Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting a Property Officer to work with our client in the Greater Manchester area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role holder will oversee a designated block, carry out regular inspections of properties and communal areas, complete weekly meter readings and identify and report any repairs or maintenance issues. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
