Hi, I’m currently recruiting for multiple Children’s Residential Support Workers for a growing provider across Staffordshire and Derbyshire. These are temp-to-perm opportunities offering:

  • £17 per hour from day one
  • Opportunity to move into permanent roles after 3–4 months
  • Permanent salaries between £32,000 – £39,000
  • Full-time hours on a 2 on / 4 off shift pattern
  • Immediate starts available – placements needed W/C 25th May

The services support children and young people with:

  • EBD
  • Trauma backgrounds
  • Challenging behaviour
  • DOLs
  • 1:1, 2:1 and group living residential support

Current homes include 3-bed to 8-bed residential services across:

  • Stoke-on-Trent
  • Stafford
  • Buxton
  • Surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 children and young people
  • Previous Children’s Residential / EBD experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable working in therapeutic and trauma-informed environments
  • Experience with safeguarding and behaviour management

The provider is expanding rapidly with additional homes opening, creating long-term progression opportunities for strong workers.
