Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning women-only charity for Young Women & Girls Mentor Advocates to join their specialist service supporting vulnerable young women aged 13–25. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support worker, mentor, advocate or youth practitioner looking to work within a trauma-informed, strengths-based service that empowers young women to overcome significant challenges and achieve positive outcomes. You'll provide intensive one-to-one support to young women at risk of exploitation, violence, gang involvement or contact with the criminal justice system, helping them build confidence, improve safety and access the services they need to move forward. The Role Working as part of a specialist team, you'll manage a small caseload and provide holistic, person-centred support through a combination of outreach work and appointments within women's centres across London.
