Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of an NHS CAMHS Referral Coordinator Administrator Assistant Band 2/3/4 to join the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Administration Team, based out of Bedford or Luton in Bedfordshire. The role is Monday β Friday 9:00am β 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply. This is initially on an ongoing locum, however this will most likely be made permanent.
The role involves providing effective and efficient appointment booking and administration support to the single point of referral within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and contributing to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning the service. The post holder will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment and should be able to work without direct supervision and to exercise initiative. The ability to multi-task is also essential. The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professions while maintaining client confidentiality. The role may also involve working alongside and covering, when appropriate, other administration staff across several locations.
The pay rate for this locum role is between Β£11.16 - Β£15.16 per hour, depending on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
