Good morning,
I am currently representing Westminster Council, which is offering an initial temporary contract of 6 months with the view to extension or permanent position for the right candidate at a negotiable rate dependent upon experience.
Location: NW9 4EW
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and leasing of private sector residential properties, including individual units and larger blocks.
- Sourcing suitable stock and negotiating acquisition and lease terms.
- Overseeing pre-purchase due diligence and preparing internal reports in line with governance requirements.
- Conducting site inspections as part of the acquisition process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or residential property transactions.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- RICS qualification is preferred, but candidates with relevant residential sales or lettings experience will also be considered.
