Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Haringey Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Curriculum Manager this role will be based at: (Apply online only)A High Road, London, Greater London, N22 6XD The right candidate will: * Lead and manage the curriculum area to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. * Manage, support and develop Senior Tutors, Permanent Tutors and Associate Tutors to achieve outstanding learner outcomes. * Monitor and evaluate curriculum performance, including recruitment, retention, achievement, progression and learner satisfaction. * Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet learner needs, funding requirements and strategic objectives. * Contribute to self-assessment, quality improvement planning and inspection readiness activities. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality and diversity, health and safety, awarding organisation and funding body requirements. * Manage curriculum resources and budgets effectively to ensure value for money and high-quality provision.
