Belmont Recruitment is seeking experienced Recovery Coordinators to join a respected private charity in Liverpool on a contract basis. The successful candidate will engage, assess, and provide brief interventions to service users with substance misuse needs, collaborating with council staff, Rough Sleeper Initiative, police, and homeless outreach workers.
Your role includes actively outreaching to homeless individuals, offering advice, information, advocacy, and support, and using a multidisciplinary approach to build trust and increase service engagement. You'll manage a small caseload, keep service users informed of available services, involve them in developing recovery plans, and facilitate access to clinical, psychosocial, health, housing interventions, and other community services.
Role Details:
- Hourly Rate: Β£20
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Contract Duration: Minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension
