Belmont Recruitment, on behalf of Liverpool City Council, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a 3-6 month, full-time contract.

The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and focuses on handling a varied employee relations caseload.

You will advise managers on employment law, manage investigations, grievances and disciplinaries, and contribute to data reporting and project meetings.

CIPD qualification and strong policy knowledge are highly desirable.
