A specialist residential provider is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 7-bed enhanced/step-down service in Morley, Leeds (LS27), rated Good by the CQC. The service supports adults with dual diagnoses and behaviours that challenge as they step down from hospital under Transforming Care pathways.

About the role:

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience with Transforming Care, dual diagnosis or complex needs settings
- Strong PBS knowledge and confidence managing challenging behaviour
