Together Teaching is looking for a Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 to work in an exceptional Early Years setting in the Kirkham area of Preston. This role involves delivering high-quality care and early education to children, contributing to their learning, development and wellbeing. The role is full time and permanent.
The nursery requires someone energetic, nurturing, and imaginative, with a genuine love for working with young children. We are looking for individuals who are warm, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in children's lives during these most formative years. You will be expected to support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and adapt your approach for children with additional needs.
What you will need to succeed:
- You will require a full and relevant DfE-recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or 3 or above, such as NNEB, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent.
- A current Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable but not essential.
- Experience within nursery or pre-school settings is highly valued.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Full and relevant DfE recognised childcare qualification at Level 2/3 or above, such as NNEB, NVQ, or Early Years Educator, is a minimum requirement.
If you are successful with your application, you will be required to complete a DBS Enhanced Application or present a current DBS Certificate that has been registered to the DBS Subscription Update Service.
