Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to work with our client based in the Hull area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Overview: The role holder will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs to empty properties, with a primary focus on joinery, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within target timescales.
Main Duties:
- Carrying out a range of repairs to void properties, primarily joinery works
- Completing multi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks as required
- Ensuring all works are completed within target timescales
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and following health and safety procedures
- Representing the organisation in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Criteria:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery
- Previous experience in a Multi Skilled Operative role
- Experienced in carrying out repairs within void properties
- Own tools
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
