Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Complex Needs Community Keyworker to support women on probation across Hampshire, providing trauma-informed, one-to-one support and comprehensive case work within a multi-agency context.
The role involves:
- Travelling across sites
- Managing a varied caseload
- Coordinating with probation, housing services and other partners
- Delivering prison in-reach and release support
- Two days of flexible WFH per week
