Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Technician to work with our client based in the Ipswich area on a temporary assignment. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Overview: The role holder will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties across the area, ensuring communal and internal areas are maintained to a high standard and all works are completed safely and professionally.
Main Duties:
- Carrying out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping and sanitising surfaces
- Maintaining cleanliness across communal and internal areas
- Completing regular risk assessments and identifying any hazards or faults
- Reporting any issues or defects appropriately
- Maintaining cleaning tools and equipment
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring supplies are available when required
- Providing accurate updates on completed work
- Delivering a professional, courteous and customer-focused service at all times
Essential Criteria:
- Previous cleaning experience, with the ability to carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in line with health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently and manage allocated workload
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driver’s license
