MASH IDVA Bexley (Hybrid) Temporary, 8 Weeks with Strong Potential for Extension Full Time | Weekly Pay Are you a qualified IDVA looking for your next assignment?

We re recruiting on behalf of a specialist domestic abuse charity for an experienced Independent Domestic Violence Advisor to join their MASH team in Bexley.

This role sits within a Safeguarding Adolescents Support Service and Family Hub setting, supporting high-risk victims of domestic abuse referred through the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.

You ll be carrying out risk assessments, safety planning, and advocacy in line with CAADA/Safe Lives standards, managing a caseload of 25 30.

The role works on a hybrid basis 2 days in person in Bexley, 3 days from home offering a good balance of team collaboration and flexibility.

What we re looking for: * A recognised IDVA qualification (CAADA/Safe Lives accredited) * Experience working within a MASH or similar multi-agency safeguarding environment * Prior experience in a domestic abuse charity setting is a bonus * Confident use of risk assessment tools (DASH/RIC) and MARAC processes * Enhanced DBS (we can process this for you) The details: * Start date: 18th August * Length: 8 weeks initially, with a strong likelihood of extension * Pay: Weekly, via agency * Interviews: 3rd 4th August Interested?
