Immediate Start Available Hybrid Solicitor - Redbridge Council Salary: Β£180 Per Hour Hours: 36 Hours Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Contract Length: 6 Month Contract Location: (Apply online only) High Road, Ilford, Greater London, IG1 1DE Job Details Hybrid working with 2 Days in the office. Main duties are Work closely with Senior Surveyor and Maintenance manager to deliver tasks Instructing them to survey properties with legal cases Weekly 1-1 meetings with Desktop surveyor and Maintenance Manager to discuss outstanding cases and update with reports Day to day correspondence with cases Agresso for Reactive Maintenance Work closely with Finance for settlement claims Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, contractors, lawyers, board members and Council representatives both verbally and in writing Liaising with 3rd parties during claims Creating and managing the database for disrepair claims for AM Creating a central base for storing case (letters of claim) Updating the Iken database Overseeing central disclosure of the Housing Conditions Pre-action protocol Perusing expert reports and Scott schedule Liaising and negotiating on settlements Assistance with drafting If this role is of interest and you have all of the above please apply with your most recent CV, Daniel Walsh will then be in touch to discuss
