Immediate Start Available Hybrid – Housing Delivery Lead (Planning) – Torridge District Council Salary: £21.50 – £22.00 Per Hour Hours: 37 Hours Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Contract Length: 6 Month Contract Location: EX39 2QG Job Details Hybrid Working considered. Degree in Town Planning or Development Surveying or 5 years relevant experience essential. Current sound knowledge and understanding of the broad housing agenda and local, regional and national housing, planning and regeneration policies essential. Experience of the housing development environment essential. A track record of leading and delivering projects in partnership to achieve outcomes within the housing sector essential.
