Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join Cafcass on an ongoing temporary contract.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities * Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. * Create and post job adverts across various job boards and recruitment platforms. * Arrange interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates. * Record interview outcomes and maintain accurate recruitment records. * Update and maintain HR and recruitment systems. * Produce reports and analyse recruitment data where required. * Provide administrative support to the wider HR Resourcing and Transactions Team. * Respond to recruitment and HR queries, delivering a high standard of customer service. * Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with GDPR requirements. * Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. * Support continuous improvements to recruitment processes and wider HR initiatives.

About You * Previous experience working within Recruitment or HR Administration (essential). * Strong administration skills within a busy office environment. * Experience using HR or recruitment systems. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
