Position
Housing Change & Improvement Lead
Minimum of 2 days per week on site. SW2 1RW
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining the overall programme and project plan.
- Coordinating the Housing redesign workstream and ensuring progress against key milestones.
- Producing the business case, case for change and supporting documentation.
- Managing governance processes and reporting requirements.
- Facilitating meetings, workshops and engagement sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinating inputs from Housing leadership, HR and other corporate services.
- Tracking risks, dependencies, decisions and actions through to delivery.
- Supporting implementation and ensuring the programme remains on track.
Requirements
- Experience of supporting or coordinating programmes and projects, ideally within a local authority, housing association, public sector or similarly complex organisation.
- Experience of supporting service redesign, transformation, organisational change or improvement programmes, preferably within Housing or another local authority service.
