We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a CSE children's home in HX7. The Service:

  • 4-bed CSE service for children aged 4–11
  • New service, recently transitioned from an EBD provision with the full team retained
  • No children currently in placement — ready to accept referrals upon registration
  • Primary school attached from September 2026
  • Deputy and Senior already in post

The Package:

  • Base salary: £57,000
  • £5,000 bonus upon achieving Registration
  • £6,000 bonus (details provided at interview)
  • £10,000 bonus upon successful Ofsted inspection
  • OTE up to £78,000

We Are Looking For:

  • An experienced Registered Manager from a children's residential background, ideally with CSE or complex trauma experience
  • Someone confident working with younger age groups (primary school age)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, CSE frameworks and Ofsted registration processes

We are looking for an RM who is ready to take ownership of a service that is fully resourced and ready to go — with the team, the structure, and the support already in place.
