The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Sutton Housing Partnership, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
The right candidate will:
- Deliver required service improvement in the Damp & Mould/Disrepair service making them “Business as Usual”.
- Provide effective leadership and management of the team.
- Ensure effective performance management of the team to meet Awaab’s Law KPI targets.
- Lead on development and implementation of effective performance management system and reporting.
- Lead on development and implementation of efficient and effective Damp and Mould/Disrepair service processes.
- Manage and forecast budgets effectively.
We require the following:
- Significant experience at commensurate level, managing Damp & Mould teams.
- Knowledge of Disrepair legislation and effective case management.
- Experience of managing and performance managing staff, ensuring effective leadership, delegation and getting the “best out of people”.
- Significant experience in providing Repairs and/or Damp & Mould services that deliver a positive customer experience for the resident.
