We have a 6-month interim Head of Operations opportunity in our Adult Social Care Leadership Team, which plays a leading role in growing and developing our service at one of our most exciting times! This opportunity combines line management responsibility with the strategic development of our service and leading the operational delivery of integrated health and social care. You will also play a key role in supporting our frontline teams in our preparations to achieve positive outcomes under the future CQC framework.
The post is based at Shire Hall in Gloucester and travel across the county of Gloucestershire is required. We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.
About the role: You will join our well-established Adult Social Care Leadership Team, supporting and deputising for our experienced Assistant Director of Adult Social Care Operations. You will provide additional senior level capacity to our leadership team to drive the strategic development and improvements to the operational delivery of our service.
