I am currently representing Thurrock Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 12 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate per day which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Power App Developer this role will be based at: Hybrid RM17 6SL
The right candidate will
We're recruiting a Power Apps Developer to deliver technical development of Council's Adult Social Care (ASC) rostering system.
This is a project-based role, ideal for candidates with strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise and experience in system automation and governance.
- Developing and enhancing solutions using Power Apps.
- Automating and upgrading the ASC rostering system to meet outstanding requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with data governance, GDPR, and cyber security standards.
- Managing short-term requests and long-term tasks through a Continuous Service Improvement mechanism.
- Supporting the Council's Power Platform offering, ensuring services meet organisational needs and SLA requirements.
We require the following
- Proven experience in Power Apps development.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and GDPR compliance.
- Experience in supplier governance and IT service operations is desirable.
