Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Thurrock Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 12 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

The role will be based in RM176SL, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

The right candidate will:

  • Manage the establishment and data changes for Human Resources for Local Government restructures in Oracle HCM.
  • Report data from Oracle to stakeholders and manage all changes in the management tree.
  • Have Oracle HCM functional experience or managing changes with the Organisation tree and position management.
  • Have experience of reporting from Oracle and presenting the data to strategic stakeholders.
