Thurrock Council is recruiting a Team Manager - Children to lead the Family Help team and oversee delivery of high-quality services for children and families. The role is an initial temporary contract (3-6 months) with a view to extension or permanency for the right candidate, with a negotiable rate dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, QA and workforce planning, ensure case allocations are appropriate, and work across multi-agency partners to improve.
