Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Family Support Worker/Family Coordinator to join East Riding of Yorkshire Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct whole-family assessments and develop outcome-focused family support plans. * Lead and coordinate the Team Around the Family process to deliver tailored packages of support. * Identify and manage risks or safeguarding concerns following policy and procedures. * Work collaboratively with partners to share information and address family needs effectively. * Build professional, trusting relationships with families to support engagement and participation. * Promote trauma-informed practices to enhance family strengths and achieve positive outcomes. * Prepare and present accurate records and reports for multi-agency meetings, case conferences, or courts. * Ensure the voices of children and parents are reflected in all aspects of work and decision-making. * Provide ongoing evaluation of service delivery to identify and demonstrate best practices. * Engage creatively with families, encouraging participation in support services tailored to their needs. * Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate information sharing in line with data protection policies.
