Belmont Recruitment is recruiting a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker to join Southampton's Family Safeguarding team on a full-time permanent basis. This community-based role supports victims and children affected by domestic abuse, delivering risk assessments and safeguarding alongside partner agencies.
You will provide one-to-one outreach, help develop safety plans, and advocate for families while working within data protection and safeguarding frameworks to keep children safe at home.
