Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Caretaker / Estates Technician for a leading Housing Provider in Knowsley. This full-time position involves 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will join a busy maintenance team, carrying out external repairs on residential properties.
