Good Afternoon, I am currently recruiting for an NHS organisation who are offering an initial temporary contract for an EPR PMO Lead, with the potential for extension. The rate is negotiable depending on experience. We are looking for an EPR PMO Lead. This role can be based nationwide, with location and working arrangements to be confirmed. The right candidate will: * Lead and coordinate the Project Management Office (PMO) function supporting the delivery of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. * Oversee programme governance, reporting, project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies. * Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and delivery against agreed objectives. * Coordinate programme boards, steering groups and stakeholder meetings. * Produce high-quality reports, dashboards and highlight reports for senior management. * Ensure effective RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies). * Support programme managers and workstream leads to ensure consistent project delivery. * Drive PMO processes, standards and continuous improvement across the EPR programme. We require the following: * Significant experience working within a PMO leadership role, ideally within the NHS or wider healthcare sector. * Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or EPR implementation programmes. * Strong knowledge of project and programme governance, reporting and assurance. * Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and programme plans. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior NHS leaders. * Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills. * Experience with NHS EPR systems such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner) or other clinical systems would be advantageous.
