The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Lambeth Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
The right candidate will:
- Be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and reporting into the operational DLO manager North / South.
 - Work as part of the management team and contribute to the development of the DLO business plan, service delivery KPI’s and operating budgets.
 - Work with the schedulers to plan the allocation of resources in accordance with demand and monitor individual performance by reports, coaching and appraisal.
 - Set and ensure the standard of work completed is of good quality and staff achieve optimum levels of efficiency and effectiveness and take remedial action where required.
 
We require the following:
- Previous experience of managing social housing operatives to deliver repairs.
 - Experience of developing teams to deliver a tailored service to suit the service area brief, including mentoring and support to apprentices.
