Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Joiner to work with our client based in the Darlington area. This is a full-time temporary role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Overview: The role holder will be responsible for carrying out a range of joinery works across the Darlington area, completing allocated jobs and ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
Main Duties:
- Carrying out a range of joinery works including repairs, fitting doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units and other associated joinery tasks
- Completing allocated jobs using a mobile PDA to update work orders and record completed works
- Ensuring all joinery works are completed efficiently and effectively
- Working safely and following relevant health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a professional approach when representing the organisation
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience of working as a Joiner
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent experience
- Prior experience completing a range of joinery works
- Ability to work effectively and manage allocated workload
- Full UK driving licence
