Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Greenwich Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Damp Project Support Officer this role will be: SE288BF The right candidate will: * Expected to act as damp and mould liaison and work directly with residents to undertake coordination of works on larger damp projects (for example arrange storage of items, be the main contact, working closely with surveyors and tenants who may be very distressed or reluctant to allow works progression and to provide assurance, to ensure quick and smooth completion) * To coordinate and work closely with all teams within R&I & other departments to act as the main coordinator for existing and proposed projects to avoid duplication and take forward required actions relating to damp & mould (e.g., working with capital projects teams where major works are planned or need to be added/brought forward to resolve ongoing issues) * Coordinating and management of existing works orders to ensure existing backlog, new jobs are undertaken in a timely manner with continual updates to all stakeholders (tenants, surveyors, managers, complaints etc). We require the following: * Experience of working collaboratively and in consultation with different teams to deliver excellent customer services. * Experience of writing notes, letters and reports.
