We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join North Northamptonshire Council delivering reactive repairs and voids work within occupied social housing properties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to qualified trades professionals with strong all-round maintenance experience.

  • Rate: £140 Per Day
  • Contract: 3 Months+ (reviewed every 12 weeks)
  • Hours: 37 Hours per week – Monday to Friday
  • Location: Fleming Road Depot, NN17 4SW
  • Areas Covered: Corby, Kettering & Wellingborough
  • Company Van Provided: work use only

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ trade background
  • Must have social housing experience
