We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join North Northamptonshire Council delivering reactive repairs and voids work within occupied social housing properties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to qualified trades professionals with strong all-round maintenance experience.
- Rate: £140 Per Day
- Contract: 3 Months+ (reviewed every 12 weeks)
- Hours: 37 Hours per week – Monday to Friday
- Location: Fleming Road Depot, NN17 4SW
- Areas Covered: Corby, Kettering & Wellingborough
- Company Van Provided: work use only
Essential Trade Skills:
- Carpentry

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ trade background
- Must have social housing experience
- Experience working in occupied properties and voids
- Ability to work under pressure in reactive maintenance environments
