We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Workers to join our caring and professional team in Manchester.

About the Role:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children in residential care setting
- Help young people with daily routines including education, leisure activities, and personal care
- Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a role model
- Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and therapeutic way
- Participate in shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (residential care, CAMHS, education, youth work, etc.)
- 6 months UK based experience is essential
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and child development
- Resilience, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
