Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with candidates with experience of working with Children, Young people and Families that have been affected by Drug and Alcohol misuse, for a role in Enfield working with a Drug and Alcohol charity. The team offer support to anyone who has been impacted by someone else's substance use. You will be required to work with families to improve the understanding of why someone may use drugs or alcohol, to help them to make changes to their behaviours. This role involves working closely with families, children, and friends to improve understanding of substance use, reduce enabling behaviours, and promote overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 support for adult family members and friends.
  • Delivering group sessions.
  • Supporting Children through tailored one to one sessions.
  • Working collaboratively with families and relevant services to achieve positive outcomes.

Days: Monday - Friday

Contract: 3 Months (+ongoing)

Salary: 19 to 20 per hour
