Belmont Recruitment currently have a vacancy available for an experienced Administrator to join Cheshire and Wirral NHS on an initial 3 month temporary assignment. This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Typing up medical documentation and word processing
- Printing, scanning and copying
- Organising and minuting meetings
- Setting up agendas and managing diaries
- Requesting and collating documentations
- Using various internal systems such as Oracle and ESR
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent Microsoft Application skills, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and have prior experience of minuting meetings.
