We are currently looking to speak with experienced Care Assistants for several rewarding opportunities based near Solihull.

You’ll be supporting residents in residential care, palliative care, or those living with Dementia, ensuring they receive the highest standard of person-centred support.
Your Role
- Providing residents with exceptional clinical, social, and emotional care
 - Supporting a wide range of needs — from companionship to personal care
 - Working as part of a supportive team, assisting nurses and senior carers
 - Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in condition
 - Communicating effectively with residents’ families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
