Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join Bradford Council on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working within the Enterprise Architecture and Information Management team, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, technical teams, and service areas to develop robust, scalable, and strategic technology solutions that align with the Council's IT strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop technical solutions that address business requirements and deliver measurable benefits.
- Produce comprehensive solution and enterprise architecture documentation.
- Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance on emerging technologies and opportunities for service improvement.
- Support IT service management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate technical issues and collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Proven experience developing technical and business-focused IT solutions.
- Experience producing solution architecture and enterprise architecture documentation.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technology platforms.
