Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Camden Council , who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6+ months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
We are looking for an Assignment & Sales Officer . This role will be: N1C 4AG Hybrid 1/2-day office BASED.
The right candidate will:
- Process Right to Buy Applications.
- Respond to complex correspondence explaining legislation and financial information within strict timescales. Prepare RTB legal notices that are financially binding on the council.
- Prepare and issue post RTB sale legal notices that have financial or legal implications on the council.
We require the following:
- Experience working within a local authority (DESIRABLE).
- Previous RTB Experience.
